The Center for Innovative Practices (CIP) is a training and technical assistance center within the Begun Center, providing support to community based agencies that seek to implement interventions that improve outcomes for youth and families.
These interventions are evidence-based and specific to the need of the organization and community. CIP will provide initial training of the Evidence Based Practices (EBP) to the organization, then continue to support their work through technical assistance and consultation.
Consistent with the Ohio Department of Medicaid’s (ODM) and OhioMHAS, rules to promote high-quality service, the IHBT Fidelity Tool was developed to ensure compliance with IHBT service delivery standards. Providers choosing to bill services under Medicaid’s IHBT bundled rate must be certified. Certification assures minimum fidelity standards are being met.
